Using protech.mn means you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain language — no surprises buried in clause 47(b)(iii).
Who we are
Protech is operated by Khatun Studio LLC, registered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Khatun Studio LLC trading as Protech.
Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in MNT and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships — if we do, we'll contact you first and refund in full if you don't want to proceed.
Stock availability is best-effort. If something sells out between checkout and fulfillment, we'll let you know within 48 hours and refund the affected item.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty plus 14 days of "no questions" coverage from us — if the product doesn't work or isn't what you expected, send it back unopened (or in the same condition you received it) for a full refund.
Liability
We're liable for the value of the product you bought. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost time, lost business, lost data — except where Mongolian consumer law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on the homepage for two weeks.
