Most orders ship the next business day from our Ulaanbaatar warehouse. Here's the full breakdown of options, timelines, and costs.

- Same-day · Order by 11:00, delivered by 18:00. Free over ₮500,000. ₮5,000 otherwise.
- Next-day · Free, no minimum.
- Pickup · Sukhbaatar District showroom. Ready in 2 hours during business hours.

Aimag centers
2–4 business days via Mongol Post or partner courier. Flat ₮12,000 — free over ₮1,000,000.

Remote areas (soum)
5–10 business days depending on the season and route. We'll quote shipping at checkout based on the destination.

Not currently offered. If you need a Protech order shipped abroad, email shipping@protech.mn with the destination and we'll see what's possible — DHL routes through Beijing are usually the fastest option.
