Privacy.
We collect the minimum data needed to run a shop you'd want to come back to — and we don't sell any of it. This page lays out what we keep, why we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted.
What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you give us: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see your full card number).
When you browse the site, we collect basic analytics — pages visited, device type, country-level location — to understand what's working and what isn't. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
What we do with it
We use your data to fulfill orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates), and — if you've opted in — send the occasional newsletter. That's it.
We don't sell or rent your data to third parties. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business (payment processing, shipping, email delivery), and only the minimum they need to do their job.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years (Mongolian tax law). Account data: until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at privacy@protech.mn and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
