If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how the return flow works — what's covered, what isn't, and how to start one.
The 14-day window
You have 14 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund. The product needs to be in resellable condition — original packaging, all accessories, no signs of use beyond normal inspection.
Defective or wrong item
If the product arrived broken, doesn't match the listing, or fails within the warranty period, we cover the return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Starting a return
Sign in, go to Orders, pick the item, and click Start return. We'll generate a return label and you can drop the package at any partner courier location.
Don't have an account? Email returns@protech.mn with your order number and we'll handle it manually.
Refund timing
Once the package is back with us and inspected (usually 1–3 business days from arrival), we'll refund to the original payment method. Bank settlement can add another 3–5 days depending on your card issuer.
Not eligible for return
- Software, digital downloads, and gift cards.
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery (warranty repair may still apply).
- Items damaged through misuse — water, drops, unauthorized repair.
